Spent Christmas at a hotel with great service. the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing and offered many options to choose from. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was perfect as it was close to many attractions and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. the hotel offers a cozy atmosphere and was perfect for a winter holiday.

The towels provided were hard on the skin and not comfortable to use. the room was facing a busy street which made it noisy at times.

The hotel’s location on the main road is noisy and unpleasant, with early morning traffic sounds. it's in a great location to explore the beautiful area. In the center of the city, it's convenient for travelers with cars or hired cars. the rooms are well-cleaned but have hard, scratchy towels. the breakfast consists of European-style meals, is good but diluted orange juice.

The hotel provides no water kettle and minibar in the room, which is inconvenient for some travelers.
